HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE FORM 14 ASSISTANT 2012

Click the link below to download the Form 14 Assistant 2012 Installation Program to your computer.  Then run the program.  You will be prompted to "Unzip files to the specified folder."  Click the "Unzip" button, and the setup program will start automatically so you can install the software.  IMPORTANT!  Installing the new version will NOT delete the old version.  Be sure to start the program from the Programs tab of your Start menu -- it will be under "Form 14 Assistant" -- and be sure you are running Version 2012.
