| What's New in Ver. 5 | | Version 5 adds the following new features:
- The 2009 Form 14. Work with the new Form 14 promulgated by the MO Supreme Court in 2009 and mandatory for use after August 28, 2009, including the new chart, directions, and comments, straight from the Rules. Plus, you can still access the 2005 Form 14.
- Available Funds Analysis Window. This sophisticated new feature (see picture below) instantly calculates taxes for both parties and shows you the total net available funds and the percentages available to each party after payment of both child support and maintenance. Features a sophisticated federal tax estimator that will allow you to be confident you are awarding the appropriate amount of maintenance and child support. Don't guess at how much maintenance is appropriate -- know how much maintenance is appropriate!
- Two Styles of Printed Form 14s. Print your Form 14s in the St. Louis County style used in several counties across Eastern Missouri. Of course, the classic Supreme Court style Form 14 is still available.
- PDF Files. Save your Form 14s to PDF files. Now you can e-mail your Form 14s to anyone, even if they don't use The Form 14 Assistant.
- Better Vista Compatibility. Improved compatibility with Windows Vista (note: Version 4.0 does work with Vista).
- And, all the features over 400 attorneys and judges across Missouri have come to rely on from previous versions of the program.
Plus, with our new subscription-based licensing, your current Form 14 Assistant license will get you new versions of the software automatically, including a free upgrade when the Missouri Supreme Court releases Form 14 updates. Order Version 5 today and keep your Form 14 drafting up to date!
